The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Now, you can say what you want about Beyonce, but I for my part; I really like this woman. I'm not a hard core Becoynce fan, I never was, but I like many of her songs. Perhaps one of the biggest reasons that I like her is because...

She got those God damn amazing curves.

Seriously, why can't more people in the music/film/entertainment industry look like this? Beyonce have a body that I think is just... unbelievably sexy. She's got this freaking huge booty and hips and she works it like she's a goddess. She's not skinny, she's got flesh on her.

Tell me what you think about women in general and their bodies!

i'm not exactly die hard beyonce fan either, but i love that music video! it's not all just some chick making out with a ton of guys. It's DANCING./ seriously, it's fun to watch, think of all the time that went into it.. woot for beyonce and yes curves ftw. i think super skinny is scary o.0

honestly..I never really liked beyonce...where I live she's annoyingly over-glorified. That and my mom hates her, that might have carried on to me. xD

I think if you just try to live a healthy life, your body weight/shape will take care of itself. As in, whatever results in you being healthy, you should appreciate and accept it as you... I hope that made sense.

Anyways, never been a big fan of beyonce's but "omg" at that video. I've seen it before, and just could not stop staring at their legs. Their thighs must be made of iron.

Even being a 'straight' girl I think anyone can appreciate a sexy, attractive person regardless of their sex.

I'd like to say I'm a normal weight, but seeing as how high society's standards are these days, I've no idea anymore as to what I'd be classified as. The thing I don't understand is that you always see "pretty skinny" girls with the hot guys, but I hear guys like "fleshy" girls...

I was going to make my own comment but I have to agree with your first statement. If you are eating healthy and you are skinny or bigger, as long as you are healthy it's still sexy. Some how, I like both.. Preferably a girl with some flesh though. I always feel like I would break a skinny girl if I picked her up or something. But some people can't help it that they are skinny. As for the booty, I heart bums.

I agree with you. A womens shape is curvy, when people try and go super skinny, they look like young boys, there's no shape to them, no sex appeal.
I don't like the way this super skinny look is pushed upon us as beauty, being underweight is mostly unnatural and unhealthy.

I think really skinny women can be pretty and beautiful, but i would never use the word sexy

sexy is a figure, boobs and bum!
