Yes, he's a guy. Yes, he's wearing pink.
Kevan is a completely new Deity, and he's gonna be a seme for another God I'm working on, so keep your eyes open. ;D As for the colours, I first went through with green, yellow and even gold in my head for this guy. But in a sudden burst of madness I figured it was a good idea to make him pink (not sure if it was such a wise thing). XD; I do like him, I very much enjoy his personality and design, but I have to get used to all that pink leaping at my eyes.

Kevan is, somewhat, an asshole. He's the Deity of Peace, but it doesn't show much through his personality. He's not a very calm guy, he's a player and often flirts with a lot of the female Deities. So, he's kinda like Cynyr, only that he has this sarcastic edge to him. He's bisexual, and he's got his eye on the poor God I mentioned above. He will (hopefully) come soon. Kevan is hard to offend or piss off, he's very easygoing and he doesn't care a bit if the dark Deities will mock him because of his looks (which they most certainly do, I bet that Daman (chaos) can't stand the look of him).

Overall, I quite like the design, especially the clothes and he really is a very handsome guy.... but I'm afraid I'm one of those people who should have looked away >.< Man... So. Much. PINK!

As for psychological colour theory; I think Blue is supposed to clam you down and make it easier to fall asleep, Green makes you happy and Orange calms your nerves if you're nervous..... Purple makes you creative or something but I don't know about pink.

I gotta do this - OMG HE'S PINK!

HE'S SO COLORFUL AND BRIGHT! AAHHH!

Okay I'm totally done now. I love his design. lol not sure I'd be as mad as you and EVER make one of my guy characters completely pink but nonetheless I think it actually is kind of a good thing. You never see some kind of badass flirt in this much pink so in a way it kind of balances the forces at will in a weird way.
